I am looking for information about the differences between a Domme, a Dominatrix, and a Mistress. Any information anyone might offer where to begin my research or supplement it would be very helpful. Please respond to my Collar Me mailbox.

This crowd will tell you, the differences are what you define them as--however, I was taught that Domina is the name for a female Dominant---Mistress is what you choose to be called----I prefer MLady or Maam these days---and I am always Mistress of My world--smiles, I wish you well, feel free to email Me on the other side if you want to chat.

They are used interchangeably, however "domme" is an internet created word which many people still despise and when it is used offline should be pronounced exactly the same as "dom." dominatrix usually suggests desiring money for services and mistress usually equates to the general male form master.
