What good does sucking up do. It eventualy deflates anyway. I think that Lady H was looking for more than instant gratification.

Brushes My hair while we are sitting watching tv.
Massages My back (a nice and comforting massage)
Quietly brings a hot cup of tea to Me in bed each morning.
Makes Me take a walk with him in the evening. (*Smile* Yes, he does, and it is good for Me...that is the point!)
Always makes sure that I have a travel cup of tea ready when I have to get to work or theater.
Makes sure I take My medication and that I call the doctor for followups when I need to.
Drives Me and opens My car door.
Carries everything he can for Me.
Just generally cares for My well being! Even when I object and don't want to do something he prods Me in that nice way to make sure I get it done.
So much more...but that will do for now.

He always knows from the tone of my voice when I need a glass of wine put into my hand or something chocolate long before it even crosses my mind. It always makes me melt no matter what kind of day I've had. The best was when I had a really terrible day at work- he snuck into my house and secretly filled my refrigerator with chocolate covered Godiva strawberries. Good boy.

One of my guys is really great at taking the initiative on cleaning and cooking and the yardwork. The other is great at picking up groceries and choosing fresh fruit, veggies, etc. But they both have a sweet tooth and like chocolate, so that is a win-win scenario.

My boy:
makes delicious whimpering noises.
plays with my hair. (very nearly a secondary sex organ!)
has a damp cloth always in the freezer which is magically produced whenever a migraine threatens *even if I don't say anything about it*.

And not to leave my HusDom out, even though D-types aren't the focus of this thread:
Always knows when to come home with bags full of three musketeers and Take Five bars. (I swear, Take 5 should be declared the official food of menstruation. Salty, peanut buttery, chocolatey... yum!)

Foot/back rubs.

Making breakfast, and doing the dishes without being asked.

Going fleamarketing, or some other kind of shopping she enjoys... not just auto parts and hardware stores.

Cleaning the house, wearing whatever she decides I should wear.

Not giving her a bunch of cut flowers, but planting rows of rose bushes.

Being "available" to her whims.

Reading her a story in bed.

It's really pretty simple: be available for her, and making her life easier wherever you can.

I LOVE getting my back scratched... there are times when that is better then sex!!! Scooter does it for me, but twice really has it down!!! Yeah... take the first few layers of skin off... lol

Well i know this is going to come off sounding like an advertisement but i have strong hands and because i love to talk,my tongue and mouth are quite adept in other areas..so do the math...but my hands also love to create and that is the cooking side of me.I am also a professional housesitter..so i know my way around the humble abode without being told to do so.

My dear one from Italy would get up each morning and make coffee and what he began to call "toast" which is a sandwich with ham and cheese, made on the Foreman Grill. he'd make lunch for me before I went to work, bathe me almost every night he was with me. All, without me ever asking him to do a thing. And like others have said, he has radar when it comes to me needing something. I was in my room reading and just as I was about to call him to bring me something to drink, he was walking into the room with a drink in hand.

The best surprise for me was when I got back to the hotel during a business, I found him naked, collared, waiting for me, (in the wait position mind you). From that day on, when we'd leave town on business, I'd come back to the hotel and there would be slight variations to what he would do. He has some kind of Vulcan mind thing going because once after a hard day, I was thinking about how I couldn't wait to just chill for a few. When I came into the room he was on all fours, in front of the big comfy chair, with the TV remote control on his back. Mind you, we hadn't spoken since I left that morning. I propped my legs on his nice strong back, watched a little TV, received the best foot massage ever, and was perky enough afterward to go out to dinner.
