the only time i'm not wearing a collar is in the shower.then i wear a silver bead chain with Master's tags on it . i have a wide double black leather collar with o ring for indoors. 2 silver collars that i can add pendants for public. a dog collar i keep in my purse (it was the first one). a four row pearl choker for fancy outfits. i dont have to wear collar 24/7. i do it because i enjoy how it feels like His hands. i like to reach up and touch it from time to time. still in awe of this thing that marks me as owned. His.

mine is a stainless steel eternity collar. It never comes off.

Certainly always when I'm taken for an , ahem, walk. Being male, I'm territorial and naturally protective so I can go a li'l bonkers if I encounter another male on my walk.

It also restrains me from chasing cars, which I, of course, love to do.

i take the collar off when i'm showering and sometimes when i'm brushing my hair (by necessity, that can be a very violent activity); else i'm always wearing Ma'ams collar.

One night, i went to dinner with Ma'am and Sir; had brushed beforehand and left Her collar on the top of the dresser; i was so self-conscious about it, like i was naked without it. Of course, the first time i forget it; i have to be with Her; murphy's law strikes again.

Me: haven't worn a collar since I removed it a year ago when I left my former owner.
On the other hand, Sir wears his collar when he has to officiate a funeral service or the services of a minister is needed. Oh yeah, Sir is ordained though non denominational *grins*

I wear a collar pretty frequently, and enjoyed them before I wore them FOR anyone, besides just as a fashion statement. I still wear it as a fashion statement, and am rarely afraid to wear them in public. Actually I'm LESS likely to wear a collar-y looking collar at fetish events because I don't want to imply I'm anyone's property. But when I do and I am asked whose property I am, it's great fun to be able to say my own....

When I was actually collared, I wore it all the time. But it's easy for a teenager to get away with it when she's usually pretty wacky in everyone's eyes anyway.... now I'll still wear my 1/3 inch wide leather collar that has smooth studs in it even to work (but the 1.5 inch wide with spikes, chains, and rings is a little much), but then I work in a coffee shop with a girl who has purple hair and is the bass guitar in a metal band, a 40-something geek guy, and the catholic girl who goes to mass 5 days a week. Really, it's not any kind of job where I'm TOO worried about reputation--I only worry as much as I do because I'm opening a restaurant in town in a few years, and it gives me the chance to network, but it's not exactly conservative-ville here.

Let's put it this way: I worry less about wearing my collar than I worry about the hickeys lol

The other time I was collared, it was a necklace. Pretty hard for people to complain about a silver link chain and a pendant with my Mistress' birthstone.
