The original version of this film was released in 2006, it is now 2008 and this new version has some updated figures. It does show though that is not it's emphasis why the US is losing the race econimically against China and India. Watch both, it's enlightening.

Revised June 2007 http://www.teachertube.com/view_video.php?viewkey=fdff1302c9d01fb713d5

TY. I have the 2006 version bookmarked. Faerytattoodgirl mentioned in my Really Important Stuff thread that she had purchased a 12-pack of Pepsi (diet? I don't recall) 500ml for CDN$5.00 at Walmart. 6 liters. 2 liter bottles are USD$1.00-1.25 in the nearest grocery store (Kroger). Sometimes (lotsa times) Wallyworld ain't no bargain.

Walmart is no bargain for pepsi in my experience.

That is why I have a route...Drop Himself at work, Hit Wal-mart Gas up .03  less per gallon if you use their gift/card so, might as well grab what I need in there including generic refills on scripts at $4., reload the card, cross road to Target (not a cheap store but has some nice clearances stuff) check the aisle, nothing I want or need, head to Publics for Soda and BoGos on staples, then Winn-Dixie for BoGo's on meats and staples. Hit Home and unpack. Pick up Himself after work.

Stretching the Dollar these days requires creativity, due dilligence and a willingness to modify several trips into one hitting all sales possible.
