i grabbed a handful of old cassettes today and threw them in the truck-later on i picked on at random and put it in without even looking. thissong started playing and i heard it like for the first time, even though i knew it by heart.....i guess i havent heard it since i discovered my submissiveness...... also heard aint no woman like the one i got the other day-first time in a good while-and for the first time heard the line that goes something like....i would kiss the earth she walks on....cause my will, my will she obeys........never noticed the obeys part before. since theres a lot of music threads now, thought id ask if anyone else ever had this happen-and what song was it.....

No Victrola here but I do have one of those silly plastic Carousel players and a few of the discs that go with it. I'm thinking I should have a Victrola as it probably has much better fidelity than that Carousel. I've got lots of cassettes too, just don't have anything to play them on. I don't think they make an adaptor that allows me to put a cassette into a CD player. ;-)
