I'd explain what you value, rather than what you choose to denigrate.

So far,not much that you have put forth shows anything of benefit.

Ok, the whole, "I'm so fricking spiritual I shouldn't have to pay a Domme to do exactly what I want, when I want, and without a relationship, because they are contributing to global warming" attitude is getting a bit old.

Modern Civilization takes money.

Well sweetpie, don't expect me to explain you Advanced math calculations when you don't even know how-to add 1 to 1.

Of course there's no relation when you cannot see far farther then your toes...

I see the world as whole, for what I have read from you so far you see the world as... YOU and everything that can affect you directly, nothing more then that... perhaps I might wrong about you... It would be nice if that was the case...

actually, that is a false assumption.

this slave has been offered ridiculous sums of money to "perform" as a Dominatrix, and turned it/them down.

there are those who view BDSM in a different context and would consider it debasing if they were to use their skills/talents in exchange for $$$...y'know, the less popular and wholly legal definition of "prostitute" or even the lesser of moral judgements, "employment", where there is no sex involved...and therefore would be others that wouldn't.

for this slave, it isn't a matter of one is better or worse or "true" BDSM, just different strokes for different folks.

Thank you :)

Glad to see that I'm not alone on this.

I completely agree with you, especially on your last paragraph.

And that's exactly what I mean when I say "true" BDSM. It's simply my vision, I'm not more nor less then other. It's simply what I feel that is right for me.

No problems!

Although, I'll trade you some cupcakes for some math lessons, apparently I can't add, although what that has to do with global warming and Aborigines, I'm still not sure.

so if someone were to offer you $500 to do your laundry... (because its a fetish to them)... you wouldnt want their $$$????

ya right...

the fact is...in our culture...if your offered free money...chances are your going to take it.  if it doesnt affect you physically, or sexually... nobody would deny this. if they do...they are idiots for rejecting this.

unless you are a millionaire...then you dont need free money.

No, it's a well known fact that Cupcaking causes icecaps to melt. The twue polarbears get pissed, and preform a series of advanced math calculations, (which I am incapable of) that in turn causes pro-dommes to see their toes, and charge the OP to wank on cam for them.

OP:
Beth stated that even though taking money to behave in a way contrary to her nature is anathema to her, she still would not judge others for doing so.
I don't understand how you can make the posts you have and completely agree with her, especially her last paragraph; unless you've had a change of heart.

Oh and btw...let's not talk about cupcakes anymore, 'k?
Pretty please with sprinkles and...uhm...nm...

Geez... it's so difficult to explain something on a spiritual level for people that cannot see beyond the material.... I believe that is enough to say that I go along much more with people that have a more spiritual vision from BDSM than the one that have a more materialistic vision from it. And for me BDSM makes sense when all the parties involve feel whole when they do it, before and after the process. It's not a mere itch. And that's the danger of generalization... judging that everyone is alike... Still I also understand how hard it is not to fall in that kind of pattern.

As you did by assuming that you have to be one or the other?

I do a couple Pro sessions a month so I'm not getting rich from it by any means. At the same time I'm actively involved in the local community as well. Just because I charge now and then doesn't make me materialistic.

There's a muffin place nearby that makes the yummiest muffins...they make pina colada muffins, and strawberry cheesecake muffins and both of them have cream cheese baked inside, and...*swoons*

The aboriginies lived in a different society than you do. You need money to pay the rent. However, throughout the history of society, there has always been 'money', you are just narrowing your vision down to paper money in order to not see that, so as not to disturb your rose colored vision of the world.
There were always 'rich' and 'poor' people, even in aborigonie cultures. There are always powerful and weak, Alpha, leaders, followers. Someone is the best hunter, the best warrior, the best fisher. Someone's garden grows and they have excess, avialable to trade for things they want - then they have more things than other people.
If this were not so, then the Navaho would not have so many of their myths wrapped up in greed and money and wealth. To the Navaho, to find a witch, you look for the person with the most, and their family or neihbor is hungry. If there was no rich and poor among them, where did they get such a concept in the first place?

btw, Old Bastard, i checked his profile. English seems to not be his first language. Thank goodness for that. Although he does not want stupid ones, i should mention. So, someone named tsatske is probably right out <grin> (tsatske: beautiful, brainless woman. armcandy)

Oh jolly... One more brilliant comment. But I have to recognize, at least this one has better quality than your previous one....

But, let's start... My rose colored vision... ROTFL.... Oh joy... oh joy.... that was wonderful :)

About your post.... wonderful segregative vision you have.... the good and the bad... the white and the black... the strong and the weak... I understand your point of view, although I don't share it.... I have a more Oriental vision of the world, the Yin and Yang principle... I see it as a whole, where all those concepts are embedded.

Also I don't find it that bad for a non-native English (It's also wonderful the importance that you give to it...) that is able to spell neighbor... Incredible the effort that people put into trying to discrediting the message simply cause it's not put in the correct standards... better than that is the help that they give in order to correct it so that it won't happen again.

Oh joy...

Dnomyar,
I can be almost any flavor, except vanilla. That's a hard limit.
But, since i think faerytattoo is just too too sexy, i am thinking about being diet pepsi flavored candy, for right now :)

(oh, and i can't be chocolate. Master took the girls chocolate away. anyone who says no limits is not real should think about THAT for a while! no chocolate!)

Although I don't have a final opinion, but as I told in some posts I believe that BDSM makes sense only when it's filled on a spiritual level for every concerned part. That it very related to what people feel mainly during and after the relation independently of how long is that relation. For me only makes sense when both parts feel happy with it. Also is difficult to define either boundaries either what it's truly BDSM or not. Even as we look to the base of BDSM (Safe, Sane and Consensual) there's no clear border for that and I really doubt that will ever be one. People are different, think in a different way, feel different. For me is clear that is not only a physical experience but a complement between the spiritual and the material level. When we talk about money, it's something that might arrive tops to the mental level but never to the spiritual. And that's why I don't feel it as truly part of BDSM.

Well that's what you get for thinking it's only a spiritual thing. I've had deeply spiritual sessions, I've had just for fun sessions, I've had ProDomme sessions. It's all BDSM.
