Leonidas -> RE: what is your definition of kink(y) (8/2/2004 10:16:37 AM)

My definition, and my definition only: An act or a lifestyle is "kinky" when part of the alure or excitment of it is exactly because it is taboo. An example is anal sex. In this country, when you pop the little woman (yes, Angelika, goddamn it, or the little man) in the hiney, chances are at least part of the alure of it is exactly because it's "naughty". Hiney in the new millenium is like pussy was in the 50s. Elusive, hard to get, hard even to broach the subject of, and asking for it might meet with success, or disgust on the part of your partner. Not so in many third world countries (especially catholic ones). There, it's a cheap form of birth control that you don't have to buy from a store. Exact same act, but kinky in one context, not so in the other. Take care of yourself Leonidas
