Masturbation is part of me exercising my own ability to be myself. I also consider it on some level to be a sign of a good dominant because I don't "need" someone else for my pleasure, I can "choose" someone else. I feel I need to be very able on my own to be a good dominant and one way I can be "able" is my sexuality. Plus knowing my body that well means I can give better feedback and commands when my slave does pleasure me.

I absolutely masterbate....I used to do it many many many times a day. I have a Husband and a female sub...and I still masterbate many many many times....a week. Lol. I find that its just an easy way to release tension and makes Me a much nicer person to be around. I also find that when I do it prior to sex it makes Me way more responsive.

One thing I've noticed as I've gotten older and perimenopausal, is that the only way I can have a certain "friend" visit each month, is by having an orgasm (much like they tell you to do for childbirth). Plus for my birthday I bought a new Hitachi and while normally having an orgasm means nothing to me other than for stress relief, I'm thoroughly enjoying experimenting with it and a few other toys I have. :)
