OK - so skewer that, dip it in corn flour batter, into the deep fryer and ta-da - cardiac arrest on a stick. How many would you like, Rich? I don't cook bacon at home but if I have it for breakfast somewhere I will ask for peanut butter and make one of the King's faves, PB and Bacon sandwiches. Z.

A scotch egg is a hardboiled egg wrapped in sausagemeat, rolled in breadcrumbs and then deep fried. They are totally delicious and about 120% saturated fat!

I'm waiting for dinner to be served, I'm ravenous and you all are driving me CRAZY! Scotch Eggs are easy to make and are a nice supper item along wiht salad. As for the OP... Bacon is a potentially hazardous meat item... I'm sure I saw a documentary wherein hotdogs contain pulped chicken that is sold to factories and used as a 'filler'.. and they're concerned about BACON?!?
