Of course I am. The connection between us is what's most paramount. Why prevent any connection ever. Now if you're talking about a scene where he declares I shouldn't look at it or there'll be some dastardly consequence, that's for fun. But every day? We want to be connected, touching, looking, talking. Otherwise we wouldn't be together.

When an added level of restraint is desired, Alpha instructs me not to make eye contact. Other times he makes me watch what he's about to do. Either are effective in their intent.

i can look at Him whenever i like pretty much.. He has more of a problem MAKING me look at Him on certain occasions than stopping me looking at Him.

Im with metalmiss, Fox is more likely to look away or close his eyes, so making eye contact restrictions would be rather fruitless. Angel is allowed to look, encouraged to do so, even if he cant always stand to watch DV

Yes, eye contact is permitted and speaking is permitted also. The intimacy at times makes me feel so very naked emotionally it's hard to look into his eyes. I think it's why he insists on it. [:)]

I can and do enjoy being intimate as equal adults and I prefer other adults in any environment to look me in the eyes when conversing. However, I'll assume you're talking solely of D/s intimacy.... When I'm actively taking charge of the girl, anytime I speak, she is to hold my gaze. She is only to speak when an answer is required or, as I commonly do, ask if she has any questions herself. If I do allow or require her to speak, she is to hold my gaze while speaking. During any period of silence, she is to focus on the floor in front of her. And she is absolutely forbidden to look toward me (my general direction but not focused on my eyes) or past me like I'm not there - that WILL sting. Other than that, all I require of her is her body and her compliance and I'll work out what I want from there in harmonious silence. Sight and speech restrictions are all part of the desired headspace I want of and for her and thus for myself, too! I'm a chatty and sociable bloke in general - she'll have ample opportunities to share that side of me when we're not being "intimate" in a D/s way.... Focus.

I allow eye contact but pet rarely keeps eye contact with me for more than three seconds. He is allowed to speak unless directed not to, thats what a ballgag is for anyway right[;)] I like the fact that pet has a voice of opinion rather than waiting for permission. I love that he voices his opinion often and is a challenge. I like eye contact with pet because of his georgous brown eyes that seem to go on forever.....hmmm maybe that can be a new torture technique, hold him down and force eye contact....~Lorelei
