Here's my question; if I pick HM up at the airport wearing a coat, and underneath the coat, the only thing I'm wearing is thigh high boots, (but no one can tell that by looking at me) how much trouble could I possibly get in?

Okayyyyyyyyyyyy... I'm guessing you wanted a serious answer?  Do you remember the "speeding to a tea party" incident?  Well similar situation... mumble-umpteen years ago in Louisiana I got out of a speeding ticket because I was wearing a raincoat (not clear) and black heels and stockings and a garter belt.  And nothing else. 

When I asked the officer if there was a problem with my attire, he said something to the effect of, "not until you open the coat and flash somebody."

You mean that you'll be outside the car?
 
If a cop finds out, you can be arrested for a number of things, I think.

As long as nothing that shouldnt be showing isnt showing in public places, they cant say a thing. You hve to stay decent, but it doesnt matter what you are wearing to make it so.

You're braver than I am.. I'd be scared it would pop open.

*apparently*  (Read, I really don't know what I'm talking about) even being dressed in something like liquid latex and some undies is legal, as long as the nipples are covered. I'm not sure how well that would hold up if a cop noticed though.

What would the police arrest her for Level inappropriate dress and the intent to flash? Lol. Doesn't think it can be public indecency if the coat covers enough.

lol, thanks for the advice on what month it is sirsholly. . . I guess my comment only makes sense in my head unless everyone here knew what I was referring to at least vaguely. I am going with a Dom I know to an event in June, so that is why I mentioned it might be hot in June.

Depending on where she is, she might run into some sort of public lewdness charge, or even disturbing the peace.

wear the trench , but if your picking up at the gate and going through security  i would suggest a Very short skirt ,sexy bra top, garters and stocking with the boots , panties optional .Think ahead and plan for the unforseen like a speeding ticket stop , or the wand wave through the gates .you can still shock and awe with clothing .Or perhaps cling film or liguid latex ?

I think you're OK as long as you keep the coat closed... but just to be sure, I sent a PM to my favorite cop.  I'll let you know when he gets back to me.

Well for what though? None of my law classes has covered this.
I will also have on; a collar, and perhaps some (unattached) restraints...
