what internet browser do you use? Have you tried using mIRC?

Evil Explorer. I have mIRC but I rarely use it.

well, you can access the chatroom via mIRC, channel is #collarchat

download and use either mozilla firefox or opera, both are free and both are much better than explorer. keep explorer around for the sites that are made for it.

what he said I like firefox myself, most coporate filters/scanning programs that companies use to see what you are doing go haywire on firefox :) and its easy to use
