Hmm...my Gram was born in 1906. She was poor growing up as was just about everyone. She lived on a little farm near one of those giant resort hotels which used to be popular. They grew veggies and baked things to sell to the hotel. I remember her telling me that her an dher brother and all the rich resort kids used to go skinny dipping in the lake until the local preacher found out and had a fit! [:D] We weren't that close, which I regret. I have lots of pictures of her back in her heyday, with a sleek bob and oh so sexy old fashioned bathing suit, her and her friends and some guys lounging around a 1920's wood paneled car looking so young and ready for anything. I love looking at those pictures.

Today would have been my grandmother's 100th birthday!  (5/5/08 - that's 1908.)  Poor thing, she only made it to 97 and a half.

My paternal grandfather taught all the girls in the family how to give hand jobs.

It's so nice when the elder generation pitches in and helps the younger learn a marketable skill

Yes, nothing like quality time!
