Erin It might be a reoccurring theme and/or topic, but still intriguing ( to me ) . I, personally, think it has to be more than justabout sub-frenzy or insecure ignorant assholes. Some women WANT to be taken, WANT to be forced and discovering how to do that safely and healthily takes time and will vary with who you have for a partner. I still don't negotiate, I still don't make a big deal about limits although in my own way I do both. There are women I want that it doesn't work for and, lucky for us both, it works for BSB and I although we are still working in the kinks...

No offense to the intent of the OP, but I would like to bring up one little point. In all of My time on CM, I've only received one email that said, "On your knees". I attribute this to the fact that I've been lucky enough that ultimate stupidity has only reached Me once, nothing more. However, in that same amount of time, I've received literally thousands of emails from both males and females, who were willing to submit to Me before ever having known Me any better than the man on the moon. In the short answer, yes, folks think if you send out enough emails with an approach, any approach, to enough people, it might just work sooner or later.
