For me anal is absolutley amazing! Specially when toys are being used, in er different places. As far as enemas... I've had to have them for medical reasons, I hate them. Although they are not a hard limmit, just a soft one. To me it would be about the humilation of being told to wait, and feeling very small and controlled. However, it is very painfull to me, this is why it's a soft limmit and Sir (daddy) has never used it yet.

Cal/Mag is Calcium and Magnesium in a 2:1 ratio. The balance between these two controls Osmotic Permeability (scary science latin for how much water goes in against how much water comes out of the cells). 2:1 is the optimum ratio. For a true Mr. Hinkey shape that is firm, not hard, and slides easily, you need the right amount of water.

As an aside for all you women who take Calcium Supplements, make sure it also has magnesium. Taking just Calcium or just Magnesium for any significant time causes serious problems in how water moves inside of the bag of water called your body. Also, you can spend a lot of money for fancy Calcium supplements but its just chalk. That dull bottle that says Cal/Mag on it is way cheaper and just as effective.

I prefer Flaxseed Oil in gelcap form but whatever works for you. 1 gram for people < 150 lbs and 2 for bigger ones. Fiber pills vs drinks vs metamucil vs Benefiber vs Guar Gum vs Oat bran cookies doesn't matter, just make sure there is at least 7 grams. Personally, I put Benefiber in my second cup of coffee every morning. My sub gets hers with dessert at 7:30pm.

Well in the beginning anal and enemas both were a big limit for me... I dated someone a LONG time ago who was very into anal but I was scared of any possible "accidents". Enemas, while not particularly erotic for me were a quick way around that problem, at the time I wanted to please him and give him what he wanted and the few minutes of discomfort from a good cleaning was worth it. While I no longer see him I still take an enema or two a couple hours prior to any sort of play where I know something might be going in my ass... I learned I REALLY REALLY love anal play and it just makes me that much more comfortable and able to enjoy it.

I was intensely against enemas until Master told me it was what we were doing. He basically let me know that he wanted to take me in the ass without condoms and I needed to be a clean girl for him. Not at all,ok just for the record I looove enemas, I love the feeling when I cleanse, like all the toxins in my body are being cleansed away it is a very theraputic. I do this on my own. My Recipe is 1 cup of straight black coffee mixed with water hold for as long as you can stand then follwed with 2 to three bags of plain luke warm water. Trust me you will feel absolutely marvelous

thanks for all the great input. threads like this make me love these boards

I was lucky to find a partner with extensive experience. We ahve since played with so many different levels of enema play that i have to say it's no wonder results are varied. One thing i can say for sure is that the little over the counter types are not sufficient for cleansing for play, nor are they meant to be. I think it is better to use products/supplies just for that. (Inflatable inside and out .... play with that prostate while cleaning....)

As for anal...i admit it was a shock to realize how much i liked it (on the receiving end) and it does feel a little "bad" which is always fun. On the giving side, once again we have tried toys of all shapes and sizes. Honestly i just didn't get what i expeceted to out of strap on play. Not enough sensation for me.
