What kind of bondage devices, equipment or rope technique could be used  to keep me in bondage and vulnerable to ball-kicking?

Learning to stay in place is all the fun!

Make sure you secure yourself in case you pass out.  A Saint Andrew's cross works pretty well.  When saran wrapped to it, you can't defend yourself one bit, and it will support you if you go limp.  You just have to make sure your balls are lower than the crux point.  You won't want your Dom(me) hurting thier foot.

If, like me, you don't have a large playroom, you can easily string ropes in an X (tightly) to achieve the same effect with just 4 anchor points.

I read the book, but observation and coaching are good. And the merriment of team ball kicking must be swell!

There isn't much to it.  Find a guy and practice.  Start out slow.  In 20 minutes you'll be a pro.  I'd be more than happy to teach a class, but usually there isn't much interest.  If you want, you could post your location and desire at http://femaledom.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=81 .  Its a forum of men who like being kicked.

This is very cool. I've done this before and hope to again. Yet, I yearn for something to keep me in place and vulnerable when the fear, flight and panic set in.

I've been on a St. Andrew's cross, but wasn't saran-wrapped to it, so I pulled out one of  the bolts with my reflexto bend  over.

A Domme many years ago had me build a pillory. There were three circular openings, one for each wrist, and a third for my cock and balls. Once the pillory was locked closed cock, balls and wrists in place, it was absolutely inescapable and left my cock and balls completely vulnerable to anything she decided to do to them.

I actually did attend a class on general CBT at FroliCon in Atlanta.  (The convention is there every Easter - you may want to check it out if you are close enough.)  The demo was pretty elementary but did finish up with an introduction to ball kicking including how to get the maximum effect without actually causing damage to your sub.  The trick is to let the balls swing free in the air and do NOT crush them.  As mentioned before, you do want the 2nd kick to be as enjoyable as the first.

The first time I tried this (Ok, ok it was today, alright?)  the guy was cuffed to the wall, with his legs spread. No real restraints, but I think when I start putting together my little dungeon, I'm going to have a metal grid along the wall... it'd be nice to hang things from, and would have shit-tons of attachment points.

O,  well awesome then! Haha. Once you get that metal grid up, why don't you order some leather straps in all different sizes? I mean, if you can take a good kick or so without passing out, you could put the straps on all different points, like around your thighs, waist, chest, arms, anywhere really.
