Sir MK has asked me to post this question:

For those of You that have established a D/s House, what does Your House represent?

I'm not sure of the question, could you be more specific?

Well I think it represents not fucking freezing in the cold hell that is Illinois... but I have a feeling that you were looking for something else... However with a question of this nature... I believe that readers will need  quite a bit more of a detailed accounting of what the words you used mean and there for a definition of structure, giving clarity to your OP.

Good luck and What the hell?

Thank you all for asking for clarification.  i can see that while i knew what He meant my question was not clear.

How was your house formed, what is the structure, what does the name represent?

Thank You,

Sir MKs gidget

The two of us met and over time found we liked each other enough to think that we were probably compatible in enough areas to be partners. Based on that we decided to share the same roof.

The structure is brick...lol. Seriously though, he's a "D" and I'm an "s"....and we interact with each other from the perspective of our own orientation.

We call it "home" and it represents the love we have for each other and the commitment we made.

are you asking  those that have like house colors, a fancy name like....Wyrvyn's Keep, and maybe a quote that sums up the houses philosophy?

We have always kidded that once we buy a home , it will be called the Vampire's Lair.  Or, Hotel de'Vampire since partof the plan is to have extra rooms so friends can stay over. AS a family group, we dont have a name, persay. DV and the boys doesnt quie qualify for what you are talking about.

Okay only because I have no serious answer I warn everyone now to Swallow your drinks.

I call our House "Casa De Cachondo Pervertido" ~~House of the Horny Pervert~~

Our Motto is simple "Agárrese apretado estoy a punto de entrar en usted"  ~~Hold on tight I am about to enter you~~

Our colors are Gun Metal Grey and Powder Blue (No cute joke I just like saying those colors)

Our House was formed when I moved in and things continued on as normal.

Thank you for your interest in our Casa.

Basically, I think you will find that the answer you are hoping for exists more as an online fantasy than a really common reality.

Most D/s couples live lives just like any vanilla couples they may live in an apt/condo, trailer, semi or single family dwelling that in undistinguisable from any other home in the neighbourhood, they go to work, they do laundry, they wash cars, they mow lawns,  they go out and get groceriesetc to everyone else they appear like normal people the only difference is the activities they engage in  the privacy of their own lodgings... some may have a dungeon space/play area in their home which is not part of the main living areas that family /visitors would see or is easily transformed  to look like a regular living space....most people do not flaunt their lifestyle

My D/s family consists of a male Dom ( me ) my sub, a female Domme, her hubby/sub. There are others, but we consider them more like cousins, being family but not the core. The four of us met, formed a friendship, spent time together in both vanilla settings and lifestyle settings. Our friendship grew deeper to being much like real family. We have joked about naming it but haven't decided on anything that suits us ( it must have meaning to us all AND be kinda funny ). Each couple live in their own huse and have their own lives. We, quite simply, love each other as family. We go boating together, hang out at the pool, vacation together, spend time with each other's blood family...all the vanilla stuff, plus we interact in BDSM together as well. We don't have to be demonstrative of the D/s element in all things. It is there, we all know it, no need to wave a banner and posture ourselves.

My house was formed when my boy and I realized that we were both sexy people and wanted to live together.  It's just the two of us, probably always will be, and I've affectionately termed it the House of Bootay-Spanking because that's what goes on there.

There is a house in New Orleans
And it's owned by a strict Domme
And it's been the ruin of many a male sub
Who came looking for BDSM

This Mistress doesn't wear leather
She just wears T-shirt and some jeans
Her partner is a sissy maid
Down in New Orleans

Now the only thing this sissy needs
Is a pinny and his Domme
The only time when he is satisfied
Is when she's playing with his bum

Some male subs just keep posting
Saying not to do what they have done
Spend your lives perving Collarme
Looking for a house of S and M

Sissy met with his parents in Georgia
A long round trip done by train
Then he went back to New Orleans
To wear his Mistress's chain

Well there is a house in New Orleans
And it'\s owned by a strict Domme
And it's been the ruin of many a male sub
Who came looking for BDSM

apologies to The Animals

In response to Sir MKs gidget, i know Andy, my Master, would agree that this place was just somewhere he lived, and that once i moved to be with him it became our home.

He allowed me almost free rein to "nest" as he calls it, and together we have made a space that not only we feel comfortable in but others who come here, both vanilla and kinky, feel welcomed and at ease.

We are not high protocol, nor Gorean, so our home does not have any special name, just a relaxing, calm atmosphere.
