I shop almost exlusively at JT's Stockroom online.

Where ever I go in the world, they are always swift, concise, and have a very wide array of high-quality equipment and toys. LOL, no I don't work for them, but I rave about them.

I always had the rationale that the toys and gear that I used are to be of the highest quality. I don't have to worry about the quality, if it's going to live up to it's advertising or if it's safe to use or not.

They have a european version of their site that is good for use when overseas too.
Wondering why nobody has mentioned them....

JTs is a large leather place. What about other toys? The un-leatherlike variety?

I don't have a favorite place to shop. When it comes to toys I'll shop anywhere. I just love toys.

I to tend to gravitate towards the fetish swap meets a bit more. I like the handmade type stuff a bit better than the mass produced stuff.

Well i feel the need to plug my local establishment.

Northbound is famous (yes that's a Canadian U) for superb quality, but they are equally as famous for overpricing as well.

If you are paying in American Dollars though, it starts to become a little more reasonable.

One of my favourite places is Rhino Gear, a home-made type of place but wide variety, and a good warranty, although i've never had a problem

Be careful wit that.

I've known 6 dominants that lost every toy they owned - there was nothing in their car to entice, but the thieves actually broke into the trunks anyway, and took all their stuff (4 of the bags were locked, they'd have to break the lock elsewhere before they saw what they had taken).

Sucks to lose 6-10 grand worth of toys like that.

I'm lucky in that I have yet to lose anything, and nothing has been stolen - from home, car, playspace, or bag. Yet.

None of them claimed them. When the police asked what was taken, all of them either said nothing (in the cases where the only things that were removed was the toy bag) or left that out.

They'd cause more trouble to admit you owned them to the cops (which you;d have to do I believe claim them for insurance, make a police report) than it was to absorb the loss as best as one could.

For one that was a pro domme, it crippled her.

For others, folks in the community did a "toy drive" asking for folks to dig their their bags and find toys they no longer wanted or had use for to donate to the person that had lost their toy bag. Very sweet.

We were staying at a hotel that caught fire. Our room and possessions that were in there (we were out at the time) suffered massive smoke and water damage. Hotel insurance company didnt bat an eye at my itemized list including floggers, leather jacket, whips, etc etc

Many thanks. I'll check it out and pass it on if I can use it. My friends will be thrilled.

They want the excitement of not knowing what they're getting, but they do want to know that they'll like what they're getting. I can definitely relate so when a friend of mine suggested the wishlist idea I thought it would be perfect. Most of my friends are kinky though so I've been having trouble finding a good place online.
