But Owner, if this were a Democrat or an Independant this would only be, "a minor indescretion."
And it wouldn't be, "an illigitimate child" it'd be "a love child."
Certainly no cause to resign.
How many "out of wedlock" children does "The Reverand" Jesse Jackson have?
Should he resign form "The Rainbow Coalition?"

Status: offline 		Welllll, that's actually a term I associated with you (cyberdude), among others.  Almost all your posts highlight the weaknesses/foibles/scandals of Democrats.

I don't know whether that's a good comparison (a local talk-show host vs an elected public official).  (I do know who Ward is, I used to listen to Godtalk and I'd hear his evening show as I was driving to night school.)

The interesting thing about Republican sex scandals is that the Republican party, as a whole, proclaims itself the party of "family values", highly connected to God, etc.  If it's a heterosexual scandal, the party folks will say "Well, that's a problem for the family to deal with, not us."  Whereas Hillary, for instance is pilloried for not leaving her two-timin' husband.

  I never claimed to be un-biased.Any position I have I can defend(reasonably)and do.

You do your thing,I`ll do mine and let the chip fall where they may.

Nobodie`s without flaws or the potential for personal failure.

But when people run on morality and claim the moral high ground in no un-certain terms(GOP),then there`s the hypocrisy factor.

And no one`s got the luxury of hypocrisy or having it both ways.

Hmmm ... Maybe Bush needs to find some on the side too - maybe he won't have so much built up testosterone in his system that he needs to release by declaring more war! ((Obviously, I'm not a Bush fan))
