Does anyone know how to make a braided handle flogger? The specific question I have is:

Flogger 1 has the tails in one piece wrapped around the length of the handle.
whereas,
Flogger 2 doesn't seem to have the have the entire piece running the length of the handle only at the bottom. Does anyone know how this is done specifically?

Actually the tails are attached to the end of the handle in some cases, I make them both ways. My site isn't quite up and running yet but this will give you a rough idea when you see the larger photos. http://phantomdesigns.eyestardesigns.com/

Actually, the tails are not wrapped around the handle. The handle is merely wrapped in the same material that the tails are made from.
