If anyone ever hurt my family in such a way, I wouldn't shoot them, but their existence would no longer be a problem. I know people, I know places, and I have power tools, is all I'm saying.

I would immediately go after anybody that hurt any of my close friends and family in such a way... and I would laugh through whatever prison sentance I got if I got caught

Here's the deal I am a Gun owner. I shoot out of Safety and Only for Safety if I feel my life is THREATENED then and only then will I turn to a Gun. If someone hurt a Family member or Tried to rape my wife, I'd catch them and Torture thier asses. Pulp Fiction Style only with Hot Pokers and Constintina Wire and Sea Salt. Till the stopped feeling it or died which ever came first and if they stopped feeling it then I would turn to thier other Organ. I feel that anyone who takes power from another who is unwilling then they should have power Taken from them. I just Play for Keeps. Steel

who said anything about a gun? Look, I am an overprotectivebastard, I know that... I also know how many deaths per year are caused by things other than guns... and how many serial killers dont use guns (too impersonal) If ya really want to, we can arguethe 2nd amendment for days... but realize first that people were killing each other just fine without firearms

If I hit you over the head with a rake or stab you in the chest you have a much better chance of survival than if I shoot you multiple times. Yes people kill one another and have always done but we shouldn't be making that process easier. If I’m hitting you over the head with a rake I may break into a sweat but my finger only has to move an inch with a gun.

Ive never seen a gun kill someone. Ive seen an idiot holding a gun kill someone. But ive never seen a gun lying on its own go and shoot someone. Raech. You say stabbing someone isnt as dangerous as shooting multiple times. I can shoot someone 2 or 3 times in the legs arm and stomach but it takes one strike at the neck or the ear or the heart and someones killed with a knife. Hell Hit them just right with a rake you could break off a peice of bone lodge it into their brain and they go kaboom. Still Im not going to die if I get shot in the ass. Personally I would enjoy torturing a rapist. I might pull out the bebe gun and nail a cheating ex in the bottom with it. But in truth, guns themselves arent harmless, banning them will not solve anything, except inspiring someone to go to more dangrous levels to harm another person. Personally Id rather be shot at, then have someone throw a homemade death device at me.

indeed Raechard, but how is banning guns, or restricting access to them going to help? If someone is getting a gun to commit murder, you really think carrying wthout a licence is going to bother them? what about robbers? rapists? Point being, stopping law abiding people from legally owning weapons isnt going to stop nnon-law abiding people from owning them
