Miss morgan might I suggest eating 5 to 6 very small meals a day, like say for breakfast toast then around 10 have an apple or orange... have a salad for lunch have a health bar in the middle of the afternoon have something like a meat, and pasta type deal for dinner and maybe another friut of veggie for a snack. and drink lots and lots and lots of water. (this is what was recommended for a friend who was diagnosed with diabeties and had to loose weight to maintain his sugar) when the body believes its owner is starving, everything you eat it will store as fat. So you end up gaining more then loosing.
