another fave of mine is...(WARNING! this is serious stress eating, clogging your arteries stuff) a good quality sesame seed bun or roll with a sausage patty, a slice of swiss cheese, a hamburger patty, and a fried egg on top, no condiments needed unless you want jalapenos.

happiness is home cooked honey roast ham .. sliced thickly thick cut granary bread ... with thin butter a handful of really strong home grown rocket a thick spread of local whole grain mustard and not worrying about my diet for the rest of the day

roast beast , hot pepper cheese ,tomato,lettuce, mayo, bananna peppers , and a really good hogie bun.... place the roast beast and cheese on the bun... place in the oven on broil til it gets nice and toasty .. then add the rest ... this is my fav ....for what it is worth
