i masturbate in spurts. (pun not intened it just happened..lol) if i have a new supply of erotica or i am fixated on a newly discovered kink 3 times a day is not unusual for me. i found the times when i was taking an antidepressant it would lower my urge to masturbate. on average probably once a day, gotta keep the juices flowing, i say!
