No, you don't have to have children to be lactating, and if somebody has had or has kids, how much of an issue is it for you? Many people in this lifestyle have kids or have had kids and will have kids. Most are responsible parents as well. You almost come off sounding like responsible people with kids should not be doing BDSM. As if they are somehow not putting their kids first?
OK, so your real question is this? Why can't you find women to spank you?
