I used to fly into LA quite often for seminars I led. Every once in a while, the greeter at the LAX Marriott would be someone new, and every now and then, the new person would basically fall all over themselves being gracious and helpful. I had no idea what was happening until I put two and two together and came up with the little red headed manic from the Partridge Family that used to ruin my shot with cute girls.
