I think equating SM or Ds with love is again a generalization.

Bless you for that.
I have been asking myself if I was really in the wrong place - so many monogamous couples with love and whipping/spanking/etc. And here I am not searching for love nor whipping/etc....

I have my life partner and our relationship is not about D/s, in fact it involves only traces of it and we switch all the time. So I am not looking for love, that I have.
I dont like inflicting physical pain, I can enjoy doing that maybe once in two years and thats all. I like to humiliate. So I am not looking for anything to do with whipping/etc.

What I want to find is someone to service me primaly sexually - a sextoy, along with some other minor services. And I am not giving much in return. I am not at all eager about punishments either, if someone disobeys me or start behaving bratty to cause attention I am most likely to dismiss him.

Somehow I feel more in the same boat with wolfie here than anyone else *sigh*

I'm not even a novice at this 'stuff' but I read Ms Suttons book hoping to get more of an insight into the subject but more importantly to try and 'seduce' my partners dominant side (alas she has no interest in this[:o]). I thought it was a good book & was quite surprised how seriously she took the female to be the superior sex (I love this idea and wish it was real - but lets get real...)

Misress Loreleis' 'The Mistress Manual' was great. Straight forward and to the point.
