Actually they showed a clip of her on The Soup tonight doing an interview on one of the entertainment  TV shows- she said she has a hard time finding doctors to work on her now.

Depends on what's going on.  It's a fairly private choice, she obviously seems comfortable with it.  I know I have nothing against plastic surgery as an option in itself.  I'd worry about possible recourse for the doctors who DO work on her, but I'd say informed consent applies here.

A fake indeed, and I presume a male one (since the perpetrator was clueless as to how a woman's bra size is determined.)

Having been sufficient curious at a young age as to how the objects of my desire were measured, I learned early on that the number in a bra measurement is taken above the breasts, and the alpha representation is derived from the difference between a measurent taken around the circumference of the breasts and the one above them. Thus, the number doesn't change, or changes very little, during a breast augmentation. (A fact that I paid $6,000 for the pleasure of confirming when I bought my now ex wife's gorgeous rack. ;)

I posed this question here to get a sense of how many people might not catch a detail like that, and thus be fooled by this "gal" into believing her cockamamy story.

if i understand bra sizes correctly, you couldnt go from 36 d to 48 fff unless they also put ya some fat around the top of your rib cage.

the number is the inches around your body under your boobs.....the letters indicate how much bigger it is across your nipples than under the boobs.

i am a 46 dd long-lolol

I would say that she is a fraud, and is possibly a guy jerking your chain.  The number in a bra size is the underbust/band measurement and that number doesn't change after a breast augmentation.

Now maybe a small change like that can be attributed to moving some muscle at the attachment points etc but a 12 inche gain in the diameter of the torso seems "out there" Could be a nigerian who thinks you like a big rack and will send cash Western Union...

I agree that there would be a small variation in the numerical aspect of a breast size explained by weight gain or loss but not in the case of an augmentation and not such a huge variation. My own size changed when i lost 16 lbs but it wasn't such a huge change as the one claimed in the OP.

There's a Tripple F, Av, it's simply not very commonly used.
 
As someone with a natural 44D, all I can honestly say is "OUCH!"  Yeah, I'm a pain junkie, but there are different Types of pain in the world.  Large breasts = chronic back problems if you don't have Really good back Muscles.
 
I've never had them get in the way of giving a good blow job though!  (Ladies don't Spit, Ron.. and mom always told me to try and be Ladylike.)

i've always wondered about breast augmentation.  (Not for myself; i'm in the same boat as hizgeorgiapeach.)
 
First, if the procedure is intended to make a woman more sexually attractive to Men (or women), does it really work?  Even i can easily tell the difference between 'real' and 'fake' boobage....fake boobage just doesn't 'move' naturally and seems unappealing to me. So Guys -- and lesbians -- does it attract Y/you?
 
i also wonder why the AMA allows plastic surgeons to increase a patient's breast size to something truely humongeous.  It is pretty clear it's detrimental to her health...why is it allowed to go on?
 
Now returning to the burning issue of Ron's bjs.  My boobage never interfered in any way with my bj-ability, but i am still learning how to swallow.  The 'vanilla' Men i dated in the past did not care if i spit, but it seems Doms are in agreement that swallowing is the only way to go....so i will 'master' this skill.
