Status: offline 		  I have a new Mistress/Mommy coming to visit in the next few days, we have lotsa plans for fun and anyways my question is I have never been spanked before and am concerned the neighbors might hear it?!  I live in a mobile home park and my nearest neighbors are about 50 ft away.  Anyone have any kinda of input or ideas on how to keep from being "found out" in this respect?  Thanks!

Status: offline 		Keep the windows closed obviously, and use a gag  if necessary. Shoving your face into a pillow also quietens those screams!!!

Status: offline 		My Owner and I have dealt with a similar problem from time-to-time.  I honestly don't thing the spanking itself should be a problem as long as you don't scream or anything.  If you happen to be the crying type, then you can always do it quietly.

I really don't think your neighbors will be able to hear, but that's just me.

Status: offline 		Have the TV, radio or some background music going ... I think the TV works as you never know what noises will come out of them with programs! Doesn't have to be so loud as to be distracting to you and Mommy, just enough to disguise the sounds a bit. Screams are one thing, the rhythmic whack of hand on flesh can echo a bit too! Draw curtains etc, the more soft fabrics, the better. And have fun!

Status: offline 		There are different ways of spanking that are more conducive to close quarters.  For example, you can spank with a flat hand and you will get a slapping noise.  You can spank with a cupped hand and get more of thuddy noise.  Just the fingertips or just the palm.  Each different type of paddle or spanking implement has a different sound also.  So you need to figure out what is going to be best in your situation.  Mixing it up will be good also..so you don't have one steady sound.  The most quiet type of spanking is what I call the "cup and grab".  You can also do a deep tissue spanking (poke) using the tips of your fingers.

Realistically...unless you have paper thin walls and the neighbors have a glass up to your wall...I doubt they will be able to hear much as long as the windows are closed.  (I hope you have air).

Status: offline 		50 feet away isnt that close. So unless your windows are open and so are theirs, sound isnt likely to carry. My neighbors, on the other hand are only 15 feet away. I can hear conversations in their trailers if windows are open. If voices are raised, can hear it with windows closed. Use of the tv in living room, and radio in bedroom will help disguise sound if someone is outside in their yard. Enjoy your time and dont worry about the sound too much. As that will take away from any enjoyment for both of you.

Status: offline 		Definitely keep the windows closed.  Music is nice, or a television that's not loud, but enough to sound baffle.

Canes are nice and quiet, so far as toys go.

Status: offline 		  Ok lotsa good ideas, have a loud stereo and thought of that, I can hear my neighbors talking when they are outside, this is where my concern originated, in re evaluating, would say I have two neighbors that are like 25 ft from the room which will be my punishment nursery  (I am an adult baby),  I have been given a choice of a paddle or a belt for my first spanking, am thinking the belt would be less noisy but probably hurts more lol, don't know how I am gonna react cuz never been spanked since I was a kid, I think I may try soundproofing my nursery in the near future?  I have one more question in regards to the noise factor. Has anyone ever been found out or caught in the act and what happenned?  I would just hate to see the cops show up at my door and find out what we are up to and being an adult baby with everything imagineable relating to this fetish does make it a more delicate situation.

And is this the first time you have ever done anything noisy in your place?  No loud girlfriends?  No raucous parties?    I can't imagine calling the POLICE just because my neighbors are too noisy, especially if it is an unusual occurence.  If you have neighbors that are that cranky, maybe you want to get a motel room.

Status: offline 		you picked the right name.  stop worrying about the neighbors and pay more atention to being properly prepared for your Mommy's visit.  have a small pillow you can stuff your face in or bite if necessary if you're that afraid, turn the tv up a bit and turn your attention to where it should be!  i'd be pretty ticked with your being so concerned about everyone else.

Status: offline 		I recently visited my newest boy...a neighbor did hear us...came over knocked on the door and asked if everything was okay and without missing a beat my boy answered "why yes, everything is just wonderful...I have an out of town guest" and applied the manly macho wink and the door was closed.  I'm sure his neighbor had plenty to ponder as he went back to his 'nilla life.

Stop sweating it, people are willing to over look a lot especially if they think you're having a good time!

Status: offline 		Yes my name fits me well lol, I also worry alot......probably too much?  I appreciated hearing about your particular incident Monet, makes me feel better about it, I do live in a small town and gossip is rampant here but oh well, I guess I am not to worried just looking for precautionary measures and real life circumstances where someone has had a problematic situation regarding being spanked and heard and how they handled it?

Status: offline 		Well if all else fails, you can try the same explanation Master gave to people coming the other way when He led me blindfolded out on to a swingbridge by my collar and leash (i dislike heights especially when the ground moves!) ... "Trust exercise"! It worked! Perhaps you are with your therapist and uncovering your inner child??

Try to stop worrying and enjoy Her visit! Btw ... I also hope She'll start with Her hand as a warm up ... and would suggest the paddle as long as it's not totally flat leather ... surprisingly, those studded ones hurt less!

Status: offline 		Something I've also thought about a lot, noise factor. different circumstances though.... I live in a flat below a house, so very difficult if anything is heard!

I hear talk, muffled, so I know they can hear me. It's why no-one comes here for anything noisy! I'm very concerned if the people who live above, who I work for, hear anything and call the police or anything....
