I would suggest buying a couple of big body pillows and a comforter cover. Place the pillows on top of each other inside the cover and place it in the middle of the bed the first night. Depending on how squirmy she is, you may want to get a king sheet and wrap the pillows in it and then tuck it in at the top and bottom of the bed to secure its position. Either way, wrap the pillows tightly enough that it makes a sizable lump (i.e. one that she wouldn't feel comfortable sleeping draped over). Start this on the first night of any time off she has (i.e. Friday is she doesn't work Monday's etc). Keep the pillow in the same position until she has had at least one full night's sleep - in my experience, if they are real squirmers, it will take them a couple of days to get use to it. Once that has happened, move the pillow a little each night BUT if it causes a sleep problem, do not move it any further until she has got use to it again. After about a week, you should feel that you have a comfortable space so stop moving the pillow but do not remove it. After about a week, remove one of the body pillows and see what happens. If she seems to be comfortable and not attemptimg to lie on the other pillow then you can try removing the other one. It sound intrusive but after the first night you get used to it and can even integrate the pillow into various play activities.

I had to do this with a sub because we had a huge king bed and were having to move down to a queen temporarily - even in a king she would get the squirms but in a queen it became intolerable.

I sew the top sheet to the bottom sheet.. like those old waterbed sheets.. and we used to have a king size comforter on a queen size bed.
Now, we have a King size, and there seems to be plenty to go around.

I move a lot in my sleep, and would eventually find most of the blankets and sheets off the side of the bed before i started doing this.

good luck!

My Wife/FC, Ladt Neets looking over my shoulder just commented; "How do you handle ther sheets? Carefully. You never know who may be hiding in them!"

I don't think this is a bdsm question at all.

It is an eternal question about how to sleep with a woman. The always seem to hog the bed and roll with the sheets leaving their men without.

If you ever do figure out an answer, you could bottle it and sell it for about a million bucks.

Women are a force of nature. (submissive or otherwise)

P.S. My best advice would be to get a king size bed, it will give you someplace to hide.

I happen to the know the offending sub very well. I've never noticed a problem with the sleeping arrangements other than Fangs likes to hog the bed. I (oops..she) wakes up every morning curled into a tiny lil ball on the very edge of the bed and Fangs sprawled out on the rest. So I guess his body needs to be retrained to sleep in a smaller space. HAHA.

The last few mornings I've noticed something....THe covers that should be around Fangs are at the bottom of the bed around his feet, not wrapped around said sub. HHHMMM sounds to me like someone kicks his covers off. Maybe they there's a blanket stealing monster down there.

I've found that two duvets (doonas, eiderdowns), hope you know what I mean usually does the trick as usually the race for space is a quest for warmth and coverage. I am tempted facetiously to say cordon off the bed or restrain her in such a way that she becomes attuned to sleeping but consider we roll about 250 times a night this wildly impractical. I do know couples, so vexed by this, (or by snoring) that they sleep separately and/or have their own rooms for their own nocturnal sanity :D

Master and i sleep well with each other for simple fact i sleep cuddled up behind him...but if the submissive isnt a good sleeper...then either give her a seperate sheet or put one of those body pillows inbetween u two......she has hers...u have yours
