Howdy everyone! - I thought it was about time I said hello here in the forums. I've been present here on CM for a couple of months now, so it seems I'll be staying for a while. I like the general approach here on this site, and there seems to be a lot of interesting exchanges in the forums as well. I am usually not very 'chatty', but I have enjoyed browsing the forums and I might get around to joining in more eventually.
I am a Norwegian dominant male, very open-minded and with a large scope of general interests, including the arts, where I have found my occupation for the most part as well. I also have a bit of a creative streak. My interest and fascination with bdsm has always been present, but I have been approaching it more seriously over the last 5-6 years, though I have not - yet - taken on a full time slave. I most definitely keep that option open though. For sure, that makes me a newbie in many respects, though in other ways that is hardly a fact. I am fascinated with all aspects of maleness and masculinity - allthough I mostly define myself as gay, I don't like that term at all and I am frankly more of a bisexual disposition - I generally choose to relate to men though; it comes more naturally to me. It's a life-long exploration, as it is with bdsm and D/s relationships in general... Now, I hardly expect to meet a lot of other Scandiavians on here, though there might be a few, who knows... I have travelled quite a bit and it's always great to connect with people around the world, but for anything 'long-distance', I know from experience how tricky and challenging it can be... I want things to function easily and smoothly or else I tend to loose interest pretty quickly. I guess that's a fairly recognizable stance for many [sm=cool.gif] Allright, that's about it for now. I look forward to getting some more new insights from browsing the forums. I had never heard about e.g. 'Gorean Lifestyle' before arriving here, and after reading a little about it I'm still not sure what to make of it, but - as with everything - when something intrigues me I'll keep at it in various ways until it submits [sm=whip.gif] lol Well - as they say - actually I'm a nice guy [;)] and it's true, I am - at least when I want to.
