cutekansasswitch -> a question for those who engage in CBT (5/19/2008 4:06:54 PM)

Is it common for CBT to cause permanent damage to a man's penis where he has no problem getting an erection, but it won't stay hard long enough for him to cum? The man I refer to is not diabetic (I know this can be a cause so I asked) and he's only 36 - way too young for age related erectile dysfunction. I think it's CBT related. He thinks it's because he trained himself not to cum too soon in the past. I don't see how that could be it because holding back is about mind control, a conscious decision and I specifically told him not to hold back. Has anyone else on here too young for age related ED experienced the same thing? What did you do about it?  Would a cock ring keep a guy hard long enough for him to cum or would it keep him from cumming at all? I don't know because I've never made a guy wear one. Looking for cheap solution (poor and no health insurance). Would appreciate any ideas that don't involve expensive medical testing.

Have you tried sucking his cock 'till his head caves in ?

Btw, jfyi, it's not always necessary for a man to have an erection in order to have an orgasm. A cattle prod up the ass may do nicely and open up a whole new world to you both.

Erectile Dysfunction is not always age related--and if he feels he can't because he had too much CBT---I'd say there is a psychological issue going on there, unless he was a stunt double in My world famous Hummer trick.

Scarred erectile tissue doesn't function like normal, so there is a slight possibility that CBT may cause damage if not done safely.  Erectile tissue is really, really tough, though.  So unless piercing was done through the penis shaft, or extreme poking was applied that is pretty unlikely.  The other even less likely cause could be Testicular torsion which could lead to a hormonal imbalance which should be obvious in many other ways.

A psychological cause is far more likely.  I have heard several stories about people who after training for orgasm on command had serious problems orgasming, or getting hard.  Most of them seem able to work through it given time.

This thread might be most appropriate under "Health and safety"

In my past I dated a guy that had severe diabetes and could not get an erection. I could make him cum with my mouth even though he did not get hard.

FR

What tag said plus...if he was regularly and thoroughly trained to hold back his orgasm, it could take a LOT more than simply telling him not to to get him to overcome that. Holding back regularly can take it beyond a concious decision and into the realm of embedded conditioning.
