Status: offline 		I'm trying to find a French maid outfit. I've come across quite a few but they all look like Halloween costumes and I'm going after something a little nicer. I'd love to hear suggestions on where to look.

Status: offline 		Try a profession uniform catalog, where hotels get theirs. Then take it to a seamtress for any wanted alterations. Hope this helps-

Status: offline 		My sub made one herself. She found several pics of old maiden uniforms and created her own one. Looks beautiful and has a totally different look to this halloween things.

Status: offline 		I'm also with the make one yourself people.  I've made several over the years.  Also bought a few.  The ones I've made are much better quality...and I guess you can say I'm blessed.  I don't consider myself someone who can sew but I can look at what you are wearing and duplicate it pretty decently.  Just don't ask me to follow a pattern.

They aren't hard to make...and if they happen to be over your head.  Find someone who knows how to sew a little, I'm sure they can make something adequate.  Much cheaper than what a catalog wants.

Status: offline 		Are you looking for soft and sexy, like this Simplicity pattern?  It's really just a short dress with an elastic neckline to wear on or off the shoulder, and an elastic waist plus a little apron.

Or are you looking for lots of ruffles, like this?

Or similar to that, but much less in the ruffle department, like this?  They even have one out of pvc on that site.

Or are you looking for more structured, like motel maids wear now?  Something like this, but most likely shorter.

Status: offline 		Try ebay and search under french Maid uniforms, or you might want to try searching under sissy panties or sissy dress.  There are all sorts of great sites for maids uniforms when you do a general search on google under sissy clothes or sissy play.

I recommend fashions4fetish.com  They cost about 135 dollars but the quality is amazing and they are custom made to your measurements.  I have been buying from them for nearly 7 years now and they have only gotten better.  I spent the ridiculous sum of 250+ for a superdresses uniform for it to hardly fit and the material was of poor quality.  PS the pink dress in our profile picture is not a fashions4fetish design.  Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.

Status: offline 		the French Maid ones are great but for a washable one for real work get a real one from a uniform supply store. They can be easily shortened if need be.
