Name the favorite thing you've recently purchased. farouk chi flat iron I love it and I've used it every day since it arrived. The day it arrived I tore it out of the box and tried it out immediately.

Well, it's not really a purchase, but my high speed internet. You have to understand, I've used dialup since I got the computer in 2003....now I've moved, and got it all hooked up, and I am in 7th heaven! I actually use to tell folks that dialup was fine for what I did on the computer.....they'd usually just go snort-snicker and roll their eyes. Now I see why! What can I say....i'll get into the 21st century sooner or later!

My kingdom for the world's greatest hair straightener. Does it leave your hair silky and smooth? Oh, and I forgot my best recent purchase. I bought the Total Gym. It's an amazing piece of equiptment. I pay 49.99 a month to pay it off. As opposed to the 130 a month I used to spend on cigarettes.

A Blackberry, and a handheld POS (that's Point Of Sale, not Piece of Shit) device that it plugs into, to use for sales during craft shows and fairs - at least on the business end of things. (What can I say, my business is also an addiction for me lol) On the "personal" end of things - it's a toss up between the whole house remodel project that is (finally) finished and the replacement carpeting for the boat.

It's sort of a purchase and an investment... How about the 15 gallons of gas currently valued at $60...this time next week, I'll be a fuckin' millionaire when I sell it on the NYSE Mercantile Exchange!
