Not sure if anyone mentioned this one yet, but I dislike Short People...I think the artist was Randy Neuman.

Oh, and Billy Joel's  Just the way you are.  Oh brother.

Randy apparently doesn't care for short people either, Marie, i.e., "short people got no reason to live", etc.. However, I do love Randy Newman. Did you know he wrote "Leave Your Hat On", which was later covered by Joe Cocker ?

"Old time rock and roll" by Bob Segar. Song is corny and played at every freakin wedding I've ever been to. This song should be outlawed.

You're thinking of the Chicken Dance

One of the more different tunes I've seen someone strip to, and make it work, was "Dogs of War" by Pink Floyd.

You know you're in the presence of greatness when you can watch a chick strip to Metallica's: "Master of Puppets," and she does such a good job of it that when she's done you turn to your buddy and say..."That was pretty fuckin' cool."
(True story.)

With the exception of one song..."Everybody Hurts," EVERYTHING that R.E.M. has ever done, or will do.
Personally, I'd rather listen to somone scratch a blackboard.

You're thinking of the Chicken Dance

Chicken Dance, anything by a boy band, brittney spears and ricky martin were all on my DO NOT PLAY list at my wedding.

as for other songs that i love/hate because i loved them til they reminded me of something - don't wanna miss a thing, wedding song
the damn titanic song, cause the guy that used to tell me it made him miss me "didn't believe in bisexuality"
and two outta three ain't bad... because it ended up kinda being the break up song for my husband and i...

love the first and third song, i just can NOT listen to them anymore.

Weekend Girl by Atlantic Starr. For some reason it's written as though there's some real challenge to their relationship, some hurdle that has to be overcome for the couple to forge ahead. The whole thing is nothing more than a scheduling issue: no weeknight dates, as she needs to recuperate -- just weekends. That's. It. Over and over and over again.

The song on the new E-surance commercial.  Who in their right mind approved of that?  The guy singing is so nasal that he borders on being utterly offkey.  As soon as I see that commerical come on I HAVE to turn it.  It gives me shivers just thinking about it.

Speaking of songs in commercials, there is a very annoying one out now advertising the Texas lottery.  The guy sings a jingle (horrible).  The wife says something like, "Honey, I love you, but you can't sing."  NO KIDDING.  If I hear this one again, I think I'll scream.
