What is the best way to sterilize sounds if you do not have an autoclave? I have heard of heating them in an over but not sure if this is true.

Put them in a pressure cooker for half a hour from the time the pressure release valve starts to jiggle

Waaaaay back in the old days, my mom, who was a juvenile diabetic boiled her glass syringe and single needle before she gave herself insulin. That's a possibility.
Before use, you could soak them in a jar of isopropyl alcohol and then rinse them off with distilled water before inserting. Or not.

I boil mine in a pan on the stove.

Alcohol is not a sterilant. Boiling is good. Autoclave is good. Remember that after you sterilize them, you have to keep them that way. Stuffing them into an unsterilized case simply means you get to do it all over again.
