When he learned about my recent break up (and before I told him I'm still planning to move, eventually...)

Here are some thoughts to cheer you up about not going to the UK:
1) The UK has the absolute worst food on the planet!
2) All of the babies there resemble Winstion Churchill, and so do half of the women!
3) Fun in the sun in the UK, Large rock at the beach to lie on, 20 minutes of tanning each year!
4) They actually built a tunnel to make it easier to get to France! Why?

6) I still do not understand #4
7) Now you do not have to listen to them explain to you why we Amreicans are fucked up.and if you miss that, you can watch BBC America.
8) You do not have to try to figure out "New Pence", Pounds, Quid, etc.
9) You are less likely to be bombed by the germans in your old age now!
10) They drive on the wrong side of the road!
11) (Bonus point) They do not realize more people speak American than English.........
