Greetings..

As some have not seen me post under this name I am not new to collarme or the lifestyle but I must say.. As I was sitting here with Mistress reading profiles some really have gotten me to either laugh or just wanna get sick.. You know some subs or slaves complain about how Doms or Dommes send them emails and adress them but yet read your profiles..If you come off as a slut or whatever then expect to be adressed as it.. Before you can be a sub or slave you have to be a Lady or gentleman first..I truely believe that some seek the attention which is negative and not postive ..But then they bitch about it when they get treated that way ..Well as I am going out with my Owners tonight I will finish this later trust me on that ..

True, many people will be treated according to how they represent themselves. However, is it truly wise to treat someone with disrespect simply because they treat themselves so? In my opinion, no.

Great. can't wait.

Some profile can be read and interpreted the wrong way. However, I'll invite anyone to read mine then exaplian why I got an emailed asking if I was owned......

The big complaint is people who sent the standard 'Kneel bitch' email without reading the profile FIRST.

If you have a CONSTRUCTIVE comment to make on someones profile why not email them direct?

I guess the best thing to do is treat people with the respect YOU want to be treated with, not with the respect you feel you deserve. After talking to peple you will realize whom is deserving of your respect and who is just not worth talking to.

Is not in many cases the word female no matter what else is said or with that word is attached to it really mean femagnet to many love sick puppies or wanten Doms even ones who cant see couple and look at photos as we receive them also from subs who are only wanting a Dom female and not a couple or would never want a couple just the one half of it.
Then in many cases take a wrong turn some where adn thing Australia is Austria and just so close to them they would move faster than lightning but the storm is soon over when miles are added up.
May have got off the thread a bit there and sorry to do it but that happens at times like not reading profiles deeper than Sex:Female

Some don't read the profiles, or they read and don't care what you say. I think also, some just put out massive amounts of feelers to see what's out there.

Well in truth, I think alot of people are just fishing. It's merely a war of odds, folks just respond to anyone and everyone, in the hopes that they get a bite. The advent of internet relationship finding makes this a chronic problem for folks, whether they be BDSM or vanilla, because it it only takes a few keystrokes and mouse clicks to try and meet someone, as opposed to trying to real life dating. If you pursue relationships in this arena, you will never, ever get away from the ones that don't read proflies, and just blindly respond hoping to get lucky.

Why is being a slut something to be disrespected over?

I do not think you can deter the type of people who send messages to anyone that breathes or married men looking for some side action. Just have to accept that it is part of the cost of being on a site like this and get use to the delete and block buttons.

It is best to make your qualifiers like already owned or no married men up front, short and simple. The ones who will respect that will not contact you. Profiles that rant on and on about this are a big big turn off. (For profiles who are looking.)

Greetings..

Yes its me again .. as I was reading the replys I came across a few that interest me ..I must say its really a good veiw how some see it and then there are some who I am agreee with but to each there own..I see slut as a word that ONLY my Owners should call me its ot a word that just anyone should call and if you think about it it's not a word we walk around outside calling someone..I don't think my Owners weither or not I am their slut would want to call me that in public were someone could hear but then they might but I know for a fact they wouldnt want someone else calling me that ..I feel that even though we communicate through a PC its called respect and manners ..I may be a sub but I am Owned and that means that when someone shows me disrespect they show my Owners the same..yes I know some are saying how can a Dom or Domme be disrespectful when they are the Domiants well guess what it happenes.. well as I wait to see the response on this I will be pondering my next post

Well, i have another question. While i certainly seek a Gentleman, i truely seek a Man of Character and Honor. i cannot understand how the whole shebang of being in a D/s or M/s relationship can begin and end with honorifics and titles....i just do not get what's so important about them...particularly between strangers. Yes, if i were collared i'd probably use the term "Sir" or "Master" when referring to Him, but what is the deal about using such language in emails or chat?

BTW, i am always polite in answering emails...and i have answered all of them.

As I've commented on a number of threads, personally if you are not a Gorean kajira, I realy dont mind what you call me. better it is with some form of respect but if you cant manage that, its fine, I may no always reply then though. If I know you and especially if we are friends, I'd expect you may be creative in what you call me. If you want to call me a wanker, that's fine too but I'll probably agree with you and proudly inform you that I am the biggest one you've ever seen and then ask you what is your claim to fame. In other words, i know who and what I am and am happy with that, if we dont know each other, I will not allow you to hurt or annoy me. If we are in a situation abound with protocol, then we just follow protocol and if we dont like we can always leave.... I fail to see any real issues in the matter as far as it affects me personally. I guess there will be the odd one or three who will always demand some title being used (WEG), I can deal with that too. (pink sweet lady you can call me what ever suits you).

You have to understand the strategy to understand why they don't read profiles before writing.

Do you know how the male salmon reproduces? The male salmon hangs out in the middle of the river, and starts emitting gobs of sperm, on the off-chance that one little swimmer will hit an egg somewhere downstream. He doesn't have a particular target in mind; he just emits and emits, because each sperm cell costs him virtually nothing.

Guys who write e-mails without reading profiles are following the exact same reproductive strategy. Why bother reading profiles? Just emit and emit, on the off-chance that one little emissary will hit a target, because each one costs you virtually nothing.

LOL, very good analogy Lordandmaster! I really don't take offense when I get mailed by men wanting whatever. It's when they don't take my polite no that I will show them my claws.

Lam, that's a pretty good analogy, even though it has me glad I didn't just eat because of the whole "gobs of sperm" deal. Can I save it for future use in case a friend complains?

ES,
It's the connotation of the word slut that has created the problem. Think about what it meant when your mother said, "She's just a slut!" or when your brother warned you to stay away from that girl 'cuz "everyone knows she's a slut".

Your philosophy is just a little ahead of everyone else, especially the desperate guys who can't read and further than the pic on your profile.
