Putting it here because more people tend to gravitate here than other board's.

October 20, 2005 - Attorney General Alberto Gonzales has announced that his office will specifically target "bestiality, urination, defecation, as well as sadistic and masochistic behavior" in pursuing new obscenity prosecutions. The Department of Justice began recruiting in late July for a new anti-obscenity squad to pursue obscenity prosecutions, and the FBI announced in September that it was forming an anti-obscenity task force to crack down on pornography.

Any website that has content containing "bestiality, urination, defecation, as well as sadistic and masochistic behavior" should be forewarned that prosecution is possible. Additionally, Federal sentencing guidelines state that any obscenity- related punishment should be "enhanced for sadomasochistic material."

I totally agree with you. With all the talks of taking our freedoms away I just had to post this. Especially since someone was mouthing off on the board's nobody has cracked down yet.

I hadn't noticed that edit before now. CM must have filters on. Anyway...that was a direct copy from the article. I'd say what it is...but I think it would be edited out.
Check out the link...those are the first two paragraphs.

Just reading through this, and that story about the priest in nazi germany. Comes to mind... frighteningly true.

It was furry ones after all... anyway, I just saw in the news that this morning, my beloved godly leader Nicolas Sarkozy, the future mighty president of the French Republic (and then if god will, Emperor) has presented a law demanding that all internet cafés must record all the activities of their computer (and who was on them) during one year. I believe they may already do that here. You would'nt believe just how much they keep of everything we type. I don't know if it is a good thing or not to have friends in high places. You get to know things that make you a little restless.
