Jerry Garcia Band The Grateful Dead Widespread Panic Gov't Mule John Hartford and the OBC of Wicked. ( Although the cast of the 66 performance of Candide is up there, too. )

Rush Styx Asia Blue Oyster Cult Boston Fleetwood Mac (and all the solo albums) Jefferson Starship Queen Electric Light Orchestra Bachman Turner Overdrive Enigma Type O Negative Delirium Jill Tracy and the Malcontent Orchestra Midnight Syndicate Souxie and the Banshees Pink Floyd Kate Bush Tori Amos Bijork Okay, the last three aren't "bands" per se, but no listing of my musical tastes would be complete without them.

Most of my list has already been posted by others ... who I must say have excellent musical tastes. I did miss one of my all time favorites: They Might Be Giants. I will still start humming "Particle Man" for no reason at all sometimes when I'm working.

Megadeth(Dad is bad there is no other), DIO, Pantera, Rage Against the Machines, Nine Inch Nails, Israel Vibration, Evanescence, Tool, Dream Theater, Iron Maiden, Anthrax, Metallica, Suicidal Tendancies, Rainbow( before the 80's), Ozzy, Limp Bisket, Jethro Tull, AC/DC, Black Sabbath, Slayer.

Bad Religion Bad Brains Cramps Ramones Misfits Vandals Descendents Primus Midnight Oil Violent Femmes Pogues Cranberries Camper Van Beethoven AC/DC Credence Clearwater Revival Those are just the ones off the top of my head. I never was very good at making favorite lists. My moods change too much to have favorites. Of course, I excluded the bands that only had one or two songs that I liked. I also excluded bands that I won't admit to liking. [:D]
