Things she should do:
Stay on large muscle groups.
Make sure she is balanced against something like a wall or mantle. Having an overhead bar is best since she can then control how much weight she uses.
Do the first round barefooted to get a feel for your body and how you react to weight, in general.

She should never:
Step on the lower sternum (the bone in front that ties the rib cage together), especially with the heel. It could crack or break.
Never step on joints. She can dislocate them or break them.
Put her full weight on the throat or face. Those areas are easily crushed.
Put her full weight on the heel in belly button. This could puncture it and go deep, injuring organs.

I hope all this helps. It’s by no means comprehensive, but a place to start.

Hello There,
Ms. Fire has some pretty good advice. I'd also like to add she shouldn't step directly on your spine.
I read an article about a man who'd let his 75lb son walk on his back. The boy jumped up onto his spine. He was paralyzed from the waist down.
Be careful with all her weight on you.
I'd also like to recommend if she wears thin heels that may cut you that she should dip her heel in alcohol or something that kills germs before you play. Shoes are known germ magnets as lots of germs settle to the floor.
Good Luck and have fun.
Sincerely,
sub suzanne
