i also would like to extend my thank you, RedMagic and share a little. i met a Dominant on line and then in person who although, it did not work out as a M/s relationship we understand each other as best friends.
i have had a best male only once before in my life, back in high school. i was intuitive enough to know that if we fucked...we would not remain friends, after the hotness factor wore off. i wanted to fuck him so badly, but wanted him for an eternity far more. i was pretty devastated when he suddenly died in a car accident, but still to this day i think of Peter daily. my experience with him taught me there are different kinds of soul mates. perhaps, eternal ones.
i can not say i have always been this way, but i have evolved to a place within myself that if i love you ...i want you to have the best in life even if that does not include me as your "love" interest. when my heart opens and expands to be sincerely happy that they have found their bliss in someone other than myself, i know it is a love in it's purest form.
may we all find our bliss.
