They're working on the script for Cloverfield 2 as we speak... I didn't think it was the worst movie I've ever seen but it was a gimmick film and I really didn't care for the characters... Now Die Hard, there was a gimmick to that - real time plot line/trapped in a bulding - but I really cared for John and Holly and hoped they would survive and their marriage would survive. That first half hour - too slow by today's standards of film making is wonderful as it sets up the chracters and you grow to care about them or really hate them...like the main villian. Cool explosions too.... Great lines too: [after McClane sets off massive explosion] John McClane: Is the building on fire? Sergeant Al Powell: No, but it's gonna need a paint job and a shit load of screen doors. Hiero V
