Memoirs of a Geisha
Sabrina (both classic and new versions)
Grey Eagle (it's old)
Legends of The Fall
Phantom Of the Opera
Runaway Bride
Ella Enchanted
What Dreams May Come
Emma
Secretary
The Legend of Johnny Lingo
The Princess Diaries (I & II)

I like these for various other reasons:

Rob Roy (now there's a Dominant male!)
Pride and Prejudice
Batman Begins
Mr. & Mrs. Smith (for that one fight scene ;-) )
A Knight's Tale
Ran (the Kurosawa film)
The Last Samurai
Se7en (one of the most tragic and anguished endings -- on so many levels !! -- I've ever seen)

For odd-ball sex humor -- Ren And Stimpy had me in a non-stop, almost multiple orgasm-type laughing jag !!
and, of course, some of the ones already mentioned in the other postings.
