Potty, dear. You can relieve some of that muscle tension in your neck and upper back with a good massager/vibrator...a Hitachi wand, for example. Btw, THAT's what they are really supossed to be used for. You prolly have the very thing in your lingerie drawer. Also, there is an accupunctur/pressure point that often relieves headache pain when stimulated. It's located just above the web in your hand between thumb and forefinger. Either hand works, but I suggest , if you are right handed, use the right to stimulate the spot on your left hand. Hunt around a bit using moderate pressure. You will know you've found the spot when you feel a tenderness there when you apply pressure. As you hold pressure there, you will notice a diminuation of tenderness in the spot. Do it for a few minutes at a time, Repeat. Often works like, ummm, magic.
