Do you work for a fetish/porn company? It sounds like you have an ax to grind. Models who are performing of their own free will are not getting ripped off. They agree to perform for a specified amount of money. Fair is the price that both parties agree upon. If you are a new or average performer the company dictates your pay scale. If you are an exceptionally hot unknown performer, the company will usually pay you above the scale rate. If you are an accomplished performer with a significant fan base you dictate what your pay scale rate is to the company. If you are uniquely talented, hardworking, and intelligent, than you maintain control or influence of your product so you can dictate your price point to the market place.
