Hello everyone, just thought I'd say hi. My first time on a site such as this,so I'm not sure of protocols etc.or even if it's the right place to be looking for an on-line romance.....any comments.

So you think it will be more acceptable when your wife finds out you are having an affair of the heart online? Emotionally involved, phone sex, cam sex? "Oh honey its not real. Shes just helping me wank off."

If men put the same effort into romancing their wife that they do in cheating(online or in person), perhaps the relationship wouldnt go so stale and their sex life wouldnt diminish?

You will find other people who wish to cheat as well on the other side.  But you will find the forums aren't very tolerant of your choice.

If you were honest you wouldn't be thanking us for our comments. You thanked us, then insulted us. So obviously the thank you was disingenuous.


edited to say: Of course if your wife knows and is giving the green light then go for the gusto. Then I woulds say yes, you are being honest. If she doesnt know, then no, you arent honest.

Hi cyberman and welcome to the CM forums. You have managed to hit upon one of the topics that really really sets a lot of people on edge, hopefully you won't let that dissuade you from posting or assuming that everything said here is a target.Lying/cheating is by most accounts a negative. However as you said, no one knows your situation or what goes on behind the closed doors.

I am sure that you will find that you are not alone in seeking an online only relationship however I think the majority of people are looking for something a little more involved.  All I would suggest is that you are completely open with any prospective women about your limitations....which it seems from your profile you are clearly stating.
