i cannot reach Private Chat here; every time i try, my page becomes nonresponsive. Yet i can (usually) reach the chat rooms on java..so i wonder what the problem might be.

(Please don't suggest i use IRC or mIRC; i am a total techno-tard and just cannot master them..i have tried.)

Today i tried for the 1st time in a long time to attach a picture to an email, and that function will not work for me either.

i'm not really complaining; this is a free site with lots of great functions i can use. i'm just wondering if A/anyone else has similar problems or an opinion as to whether it might be my ISP (or some other thing) and not CollarMe at all?
