Why do the activities that I enjoy in order to get off have to be spiritual? They are primal, intense and highly sexual for me. Why do they have to be spiritual? What is wrong with having just sex? Why does it have to fit your standards of substantial? This is just an opportunity for you to say, "no, they are not a match for me" and then move one. Why try to put them down by saying they don't have something substantial or that it is just kinky vanilla fetish? Knight's Kyra

Its not all black and white.. i have had regular BDSM encounters with partners for whom the whole thing was entirely a physical/sexual release.. Which is primarily why we weren't compatible. It's different strokes for different folks. They were looking for somebody else who's primary interest was the same, but what i was seeking was a heavily spiritual connection which would then lead to physical/sexual interaction. Though i am a heavily sexual person, that is just a tiny part of what i'm about.. But it is completely different for all of us.

blinks ... sorry ... too much sex ... run that by me again? there are some sexual acts ... that I have been told, feel like a type of worship, and in many ways there are some things I do that have a spirituality to them ... but the thought of sex getting in the way of that ... bah when I eventually get married .. I FULLY intend to say the old vow "With my body I thee worship" ... I think it is possibly the most beautiful thing I can say to the man I love ... and yanno ... the family Priest is much less likely to die of a heart attack than if we kinked it up a bit.
