okay just because i'm bored...

have you ever had a task that was given either as a punishment or a task backfire? He had me dread His hair as a way of testing how far my patience level will go and as a mild punishment. the problem being i LIKE long repetitive tasks like that. i'm a hand knitter and spin with a drop spindle. spending 12 hours braiding His hair really didn't phase me. just wondering if anyone has had similar experiences.

I doubt any *thinking* Dominant would assign a punishment task that the sub either enjoyed or was at least competent or comfortable at.

And "12 hours braiding His hair"???  Who's being punished here?  lol   I get bored with the 5 minutes it takes the hairdresser to do my crewcut - and I'm comparatively tall (when sitting) while she has short arms and big boobs and needs to get in close!

Focus.

meh He wanted yarn dreads put in lol. i think they're rather...silly myself but He wanted me to be forced to sit there and do it. i asked about the boredom bit and He said it was relaxing so shrug lol. He's a strange boy sometimes like that lol.

Interesting that he didn't know enough about you to realize that would be enjoyable for you both.

I've often had tasks go wrong, but that's just because I'm a klutz and weird stuff just happens to me all the time as a matter of course.

i think it was more a matter of him not making the connection between the acts...as in he doesnt know enough about my knitting or my spinning to realize that it's essentially the same movements. to him it was just a physically painful repetitive activity to make me sit through.

i was once with this guy who used to make me write essays as a punishment .... "you bad slut .. go write me 1000 words on being a good slut" ... he wasn't asking me to write them in order to deeply contemplate the meaning of a being a good girl ... he was doing it to waste my time (much like a teacher giving lines)

1000 words ... thats like ... 10 minutes work?

needless to say ... it never had the desired effect .. and i ran off into the sunset soon afterwards because if he simply didn't get me in even this most basic way... he was such a waste of my time

The only task I can think of that has gone wrong was one where the sub in question didnt have the brains to be careful. I had told him I wanted him to put a sandwich bag full of ice into his jockstrap and wear it for me until it was melted (It was July, so there wasnt going to be a long wear) for using foul language in front of me AND my friends.  Unfortunately, I was neglectful and didnt specifically tell him to use a ziptop leak proof bag (I stupidly assumed he'd figure that out) so during his family dinner, he realized that the ice had melted and he was absolutely soaked. He used a fold over sandwich bag, so when the ice melted, the water just ran out. And he got mad at ME for it!
